Meet Ted Kostich “The Nail Bag Builder”. Ted has been in the
construction business for over 30 years concentrating mostly
in single family residential homes.

He started out working for an estate builder as a teenager and
worked his way up from a carpenter's helper. From there Ted
started his own carpentry business framing homes, building
decks and installing interior trim work.
